GREENBRIER EAST REPELS WINLESS ALLEGHANY 37-12

Shannon Shanklin ran for 97 yards and three touchdowns as Greenbrier East (2-5) defeated Alleghany 37-12 in a high school football game Friday night in White Sulphur Springs, W.Va.

Oliver Jordan was one of the few bright spots for Alleghany (0-7). Jordan carried 17 times for 183 yards and accounted for all the visitors' points on gallops of 37 and 70 yards.
