BATH COUNTY WHIPS HIGHLAND

Katie Hardbarger scored 11 points as Bath County built an early lead and went on to a 58-34 Pioneer District victory over Highland on Thursday in Monterey.

Highland was paced by Amy Neil's game-high 16 points.

Patrick Henry-Glade Spring 53, George Wythe 46: The Rebels clinched second place in the Hogoheegee District with a victory over the Maroons in Glade Spring.

PH was led by Caryn Stanley, with 18 points. Tabitha Cook was the leading scorer for the Maroons, with 13 points.
