Reflexology, or zone therapy, is based on the theory that organs and muscles have corresponding points on the feet and that problems relating to organs and muscles can be affected by finding those points and massaging them.
Example: The brain point is in the middle of the bottom of the big toe.
Based on this theory, you should get relief from sinusitis by doing the following:
Rubbing the pituitary gland site (bottom of tip of large toe) 14 times on each foot to get all the body's glands juiced up;
Next, massaging the sinus sites (base of all toes) 14 times on each foot;
Then, rubbing the adrenal gland sites (midway of sole about one-third from inside edge of each foot) 14 times each;
And, finally, massaging the lymphatic system band on top of foot 14 times each.
If you can't reach your feet, you can use the same sites on the palms of your hands and where the the hand meets the wrist (lymphatic).
