NOTED PROFESSOR GIVES LECTURE ON SEXUALITY

``Sexuality and the Public,'' a lecture by Edward O. Laumann, will be presented Thursday at 5:30 p.m. in Hollins College's Babcock Auditorium in the Dana Science Building.

Laumann is Mead Distinguished Service Professor of Sociology at the University of Chicago, former editor of the American Journal of Sociology and author of 11 books.

The lecture is free and open to the public.
