``Free Speech and Commercial Advertising: What You Can and Cannot Say in a Commercial Setting'' will take place Friday and Saturdayin Hollins College's Babcock Auditorium in the Dana Science Building.
The conference will address First Amendment protection for commercial advertising.
Virginia Supreme Court Justice Elizabeth B. Lacy will present the keynote address, ``Virginia's Role in Shaping the First Amendment,'' on Friday at 7:30 p.m. in the college's Botetourt Reading Room.
Saturday's program will begin at 9 a.m. in Babcock Auditorium.
Admission is free, but pre-registration is required.
