Jordan, Timesland's third-leading rusher, outdueled Lord Botetourt's Wesley Cox, second in Timesland. Jordan ran for 216 yards on 18 carries; Cox rushed for 146 yards and one touchdown on 22 carries.
Cox pulled a hamstring after running for 117 yards in the opening half and played sparingly after intermission.
Meanwhile, Jordan scored three touchdowns in the second half as the Mountaineers (1-9 overall, 1-4 district), wiped out a nine-point deficit.
Lord Botetourt (1-8, 1-4) got two touchdowns from fullback Rocky Lark.
Brunswick Academy 44, Roanoke Catholic 6: Todd Whitby led a devastating attack as Brunswick Academy rolled up 459 yards and ended the Celtics' season with a Virginia Independent Schools Division I playoff victory in Brunswick.
Whitby ran for three touchdowns and passed for one, and Michael Corum rushed for two scores as Brunswick (11-0) rolled up a 44-0 lead through three quarters.
Roanoke Catholic (4-7), last year's Division I champion, managed only Tony Reed's 1-yard fourth-quarter touchdown run.
Brunswick rolled up 381 yards on the ground and held Roanoke Catholic to 85 total yards, 52 of those on the rushing of P.J. Moyer.
Covington 27, Glenvar 13: Tom Luckett rushed 27 times for 119 yards and three touchdowns as the Cougars blitzed the Highlanders in the Pioneer District.
Glenvar (4-6, 1-4) self-destructed against Covington (7-3, 4-1) after taking a 7-0 lead on Lyn Twine's 41-yard touchdown run. The Highlanders committed 12 penalties for 115 yards and had three turnovers, all of which led directly to touchdowns for the Cougars.
Bland County 39, Craig County 8: The Bears (8-2) used the Rockets as a tuneup for the Region C Division I playoffs, routing Craig County in a non-district game in Bland.
Bland County quarterback John Newberry rushed seven times for 50 yards and three touchdowns and completed three of nine passes for 74 yards and a touchdown as the Bears.
Smokey Parmenter, Jason Hancock and Chris Beaman also scored touchdowns for Bland County. Beaman rushed 10 times for 137 yards as the Bears outgained Craig (0-10) on the ground 361 yards to 135.
Jason Blankenship scored the Rockets' touchdown and carried 24 times for 123 yards.
Brookville 56, Staunton River 16: Shawn Morrison ran for five touchdowns and the Bees blocked two punts as they romped over the Golden Eagles in a Seminole District matchup in Lynchburg.
Morrison had three scoring runs in the first quarter alone and finished the game with 281 yards on 20 carries in three quarters. Peter Givens added 52 yards for Brookville (5-5, 5-5).
Jarrett Ferguson led Staunton River (4-6, 4-6) with 179 yards rushing.
