HOKIES RIP BC BENSTON

Virginia Tech's frontcourt starters, Travis Jackson, Ace Custis and Shawn Smith, combined for 47 points as the Hokies whipped BC Benston of Croatia 78-59 in an exhibition basketball game on Sunday.

Jackson led Tech with 17 points and five rebounds while Custis and Smith had 15 each.
