Glenn and Susan Conner proudly announce the birth of twin daughters, Kasie Renee' and Joanie Ann, born on October 23, 1995 at Montgomery Regional Hospital. Kasie was born at 4:18 a.m., she weighed 6 lbs. 7 ozs. and was 19 1/2 inches long. Joanie was born at 4:33 a.m., she weighed 5 lbs. 1/4 oz. and was 17 1/2 inches long. The twin's big brother is Jason Glenn, age 3 1/2. Maternal grandparents are Larry and Beaulah Bishop. Paternal grandparents are Jabe and Eva Conner.
We would like to express our deepest appreciation and thanks to Dr. David Meincke and the L&D nurses for all their care and help in the birth of our precious daughters. Thanks most of all to God for answering our prayers and blessing us with two healthy and beautiful babies
Cooper birth

Elig birth
Deborah and Gene Elig joyfully announce the birth of their daughter, Jennifer Anne. Jennifer was born on Sunday, November 5, 1995 at 12:01 p.m. at Lewis-Gale Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs. 10.5 ozs. and was 20 inches long. Proud grandparent is C. F. ``Neil'' Birkhoff. Hedman birth
Kayla Anne Hedman was born October 24, 1995 at 12:22 p.m. in Community Hospital. She weighed 7 lbs. 81/4 ozs. and was 20 inches long. Kayla's proud parents are Kathy and Chris Hedman. Grandparents are Howard and Nancy Butts of Troutville, and Jo Hedman of Roanoke. Dr. Michael Meyer and Dr. Donna Musgrave were the attending physicians.
Hodges birth
Hallie Marcelle Hodges was born November 9, 1995 at 1:38 p.m. in Community Hospital of the Roanoke Valley. She weighed 7 lbs. 7.5 ozs. and was 201/4 inches long. Hallie's proud parents are Matt and Melissa Hodges. Her grandparents are Russell and Phyllis Hodges of Roanoke; Donna A. Bonham of Roanoke, and Don R. Bonham of Salem. Great-grandparents are Maxine Austin of Roanoke, Alda Hodges of Roanoke and Elizabeth Hodges of Salem. Hallie also has many wonderful and loving family members.
Lawrence birth
Jason Allen Lawrence was born at Community Hospital of Roanoke Valley on August 29, 1995 at 3:26 p.m. He weighed 7 lbs. 81/2 ozs., and was 201/4 inches long. His parents are David and Kathy Lawrence. His sister is Ashley Nicole Lawrence; grandparents are Maxine Peters of Roanoke, G.S. and Velda Lawrence of Salem; and great-grandmother is Ruby Lawrence of Christiansburg. The attending physician was Dr. Randall Falls. Special thanks to the mother/baby nursing staff for their special care
Reams adoption
Teresa and Lucas S. Reams proudly announce the adoption of their baby boy, Landon Scott Reams, born May 8, 1995 at 8:35 p.m. at St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond, Va. He weighed 7 lbs. 4 ozs., an d was 181/2 inches long. His grandparents are Debbie and Les Cayton of Roanoke, and Anne and Bob Reams of Richmond. A special thanks to the law firms, Poole and Poole (Terry L Ball) and Parker, Pollard and Brown (Lee Brown and Brenda Farrell) for their help in the adoption. Stafford birth
