          lecture, "Photographic Wall Tiles," Tuesday at the Blacksburg Police
          Department. Williams, editor of Art Comics,  uses images from comic 
          strips, daily newspapers and family snapshots to compose his mixed 
          media comic art. His free talk, sponsored by the Blacksburg Regional
