RADFORD RECEIVES SAFETY PERFORMANCE AWARD RICHMOND

The city of Radford received a safety performance award from the Virginia Municipal Liability Pool.

Margaret A. Nichols, insurance program administrator, will present the award to Mayor Tom Starnes at 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Radford City Council meeting.

The Virginia Municipal Liability Pool provides insurance for more than 100 local governments. Each year, the pool recognizes members who reduce and control losses.
