Karen Graham loves a parade.
So she helped raise $1,000 to make sure the town of Pulaski had one for Christmas, when it looked as though financial support would not be available.
Graham, who owns the Somethin' Fishy Pet & Hobby Shop at 53 E. Main St., took it as a personal challenge to raise funding for the annual Pulaski County Jaycee parade.
Winter weather has not cooperated, though, and the parade has had to be postponed twice so far.
Now it is set for 2 p.m. Saturday, featuring the Pulaski County High School Golden Cougar Marching Band and bands from other high schools. Jaycee involvement with the parade dates back two decades.
