          Roanoke Civic Center. The American Red Cross had set up its 23rd 
          annual Donorama, and blood donors showed up in droves; eventually, 
          449 pints were donated. Those who couldn't attend may give blood at 
          the Red Cross center on Church Avenue on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, 
          Fridays and the first Saturday of every month. color.
