The Radford Public Library has received a grant to demonstrate software and the Internet to public school pupils.
The six-month grant comes from the Children and Youth Services of the Library of Virginia.
Beginning with the new year, the library will have regular Internet training sessions for small groups of middle and high school students.
The library also has three new CD ROMs that develop math skills in the children's wing.
