State police are still searching for a man who robbed the First Virginia Bank in Rocky Gap at gunpoint Friday evening.
Special Agent Dan Whittemore said a man entered the bank at about 5:45 p.m., showed bank employees a pistol and demanded money.
The man left with an undisclosed amount of cash. He was driving a red Ford Tempo with stolen West Virginia license plates.
Officers from the FBI and Bland County Sheriff's Office are working with state police to find the suspect.
The man was last seen driving south on Virginia 52, just a short distance from an Interstate 81 access road, Whittemore said.
