          was backed up for about five miles Sunday from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. 
          Traffic was reduced to one lane while workers hoisted a 
          tractor-trailer rig out of the ditch it had been in since Friday. 
          The truck contained $15 million worth of computer equipment.
