A Roanoke woman told police Monday that she was abducted by four males wearing ski masks, taken to a wooded area in Salem and raped repeatedly.
The woman, 25, gave police this account:
About 1:30 a.m. Monday, she was abducted from Patterson Avenue and 15th Street Southwest, near her house. The four males were carrying guns, she told police.
They drove her to a wooded area in the 100 block of Simms Drive in East Salem, where each male raped her.
The males left her in the area, and she walked home.
The woman reported the incident about 10 that night, said Sgt. D.R. Divers.
The woman's boyfriend took her to Community Hospital of Roanoke Valley on Monday, and she was examined, Divers said.
