GOLDEN GLOBES AWARDED SUNDAY

The Golden Globe Awards were presented on Sunday night during a ceremony in Beverly Hills, Calif., that was broadcast on NBC. The Golden Globes, given by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, often are indicators of the Academy Awards, which are to be presented on March 25. Unlike the Oscars, the Golden Globes divide the film category into two sections, dramatic and musical or comedy, and give prizes to television shows as well.
