John B. Roller Jr. Memorial Blood Drive
PEARISBURG - The John B. Roller Jr. Memorial Blood Drive is scheduled Friday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the Giles County Rescue Squad building.
The drive is dedicated to Roller, a long-time American Red Cross volunteer who helped organize Giles blood drives. He died in December.
All types of blood, especially O negative, O positive, and any type of negative blood, are needed. Blood levels are low because recent snowstorms have disrupted blood collections.
