ROANOKE COUNTY TRASH PICKUP RESUMES FRIDAY

Roanoke County trash collection will resume Friday after delays caused by snow and ice.

Residents with regular Friday collection should have their trash cans at the curb by 7 a.m., said Anne Marie Green, the county's community relations director.

Recycling pickup scheduled for this week will be done Tuesday, Green said. Bulk and brush pickup scheduled for this week will be done next week.
