Teri Garr is seeking a divorce, citing irreconcilable differences.

Garr married John O'Neil on Nov. 11, 1993, the day their daughter, Molly, was born. The couple have no other children.

The 46-year-old actress filed the divorce papers Tuesday.

Garr, whose films include ``Tootsie'' and ``Young Frankenstein,'' is asking for ``pre- and post-separation earnings'' as well as ``all property received by inheritance or gift,'' court papers show.

Rob Pilatus, half of the defunct musical duo Milli Vanilli, was charged with attacks on two people.

In one attack, Pilatus tried to break into a car and force his way into a house, police said. The residents hit him with a baseball bat Sunday and held him until police arrived.

He also is accused of hitting a man with a lamp during a fight in December at the man's home, and with making terroristic threats to the man in a telephone call the next day.

Pilatus, 31, was charged Wednesday in the two attacks. He was released on $150,000 bail; an arraignment was scheduled for March 5.

In 1990, Pilatus and Fabrice Morvan were stripped of their ``best new artist'' Grammy Award following revelations that they hadn't sung a note on the best-selling album, ``Girl, You Know It's True.''
