RAMMED BRIDGE REOPENS

          Transportation authorities check for damage after a tugboat and 
          barge hit the Treakle Bridge during Tuesday morning's rush hour in 
          Chesapeake. No injuries were reported and damage was not severe. 
          Officials shut down Interstate 64 for 5 1/2 hours on the bridge, 
          which spans the southern branch of the Elizabeth River.
