Buck birth
Baylor Adam Buck was born January 14, 1996, at Community Hospital, at 3:06 p.m., weighing 8 lbs., and was 20 inches long. His parents are Danny and Kenna Buck. He has one brother, Brady Austin Buck, age 2 1/2; and one half sister, Ashleigh Nichole Buck, age 9. The attending physician was Dr. Leigh Stockstill. Special thanks to our OB Nurse, Kim and our family friend, Charlotte, for all their help.
Greer birth
Jeff and Lisa Greer proudly announce the birth of their son, Seth Patrick Greer. He was born at Community Hospital on January 29, 1996, at 2:36 p.m., weighing 7 lbs. 151/4 ozs., and was 203/4 inches long. Seth has a sister, Hillary Greer, who is 4 years old. His proud grandparents are Bill and Lois Greer of Roanoke and Julian and Samira Cannaday of Vinton.
A very special thank you to Dr. Alvin Hurt for his excellent care and help of bringing our precious son into the world, and to Tonya Robertson for her help and support with the labor and delivery. Most of all we thank God for the precious gift of children.
Scott birth
James Scott and Betty Hanners are pleased to announce the birth of their son, James Walton Scott, who was born at Lewis Gale Hospital at 1:24 p.m. on January 1, 1996. James has an older brother Robby Hanners. Maternal grandparents are Henry and Barbara Hutchinson. Paternal grandparents are Maxine Scott and Roy Ray Scott, deceased. Great-grandmother is Helen Greenway.
A special thanks to Dr. Laura Moylan and to Mollie, the nurse who took such good care of us while we were at the hospital.
