Lynchburg art show
The 1996 Area Art Juried Show, sponsored in part by the Lynchburg Fine Arts Center, will be on exhibit in the Dillard Gallery and Gallery II through April 6.
Artists living within a 150-mile radius of Lynchburg may submit drawings, paintings, sculpture and hand-pulled prints for the exhibit.
Entries will be received at the center, 1815 Thomson Drive, on Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. and March 2 from noon to 4 p.m.

Centerpiece March 13
Mill Mountain Theatre's next Centerpiece, ``Stuck,'' will be presented March 13 at 12:15 p.m. on the theater's main stage.
This one-act comedy by DonnaMarie Waughan is the story of a troubled married couple stranded in a broken elevator.
This centerpiece is one of several staged readings from new short works.
Playgoers are invited to bring their lunch. A limited number of box lunches will be available for purchase.
