After Grayson County missed a free throw late in regulation, Giles' Josh Stephens drove the length of the court but missed a layup as time expired.

In overtime, the Blue Devils made four of six free throws, but missed two late and the Spartans' Jason Edwards missed a jumper with two seconds left that would have given Giles (16-5) the win.
