The maid of honor was Melissa Pegans. Flowergirl was Maggie Mason. The best man was Timothy Cassity. The bride is a daughter of Cecil Mason of Roanoke and the late Brenda Mason. She is a graduate of Patrick Henry High School, Roanoke and is employed by Halmode Apparel. The bridegroom, son of Bonnie Arthur and James Arthur of Roanoke, is a gradua te of Patrick Henry High School and is employed by Safe Lite Auto Glass. The newlyweds will live in Roanoke.
Barker-Smith
Lisha Fae Smith and Christopher Steven Barker were united in marriage on March 9, 1996. The ceremony was held at the home of Herb Smith, brother of the bride, with Rev. Rob Colwell officiating. Music was performed by vocalist Linda Parsley and pianist Margaret Courtney. The reception was held immediately following the ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert H. Smith of Catawba, Va. She attended Va. Tech and graduated from the College of Health Sciences in Roanoke. Until the marriage, she was employed by Roanoke Memorial Hospital as a registered nurse.
The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth H. Barker of Wilmington, N. C. He attended the University of West Virginia and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He is employed by AAI in Wilmington as a pharmaceutical development supervisor.
After a honeymoon trip, the couple will reside in the Wrightsville Beach area of North Carolina.

Bridesmaids were Mary Bishop, Beth and Susie Lindsay and Niki Shepherd. Amy Beckner was the flower girl. The best man was Larry Beckner. Groomsmen included Rick Clower, A. W. McClaughtery, Tony McCurry and Eddie Woolwine. The ring bearer was Brian Beckner. Bradley and Darren Dalton attended the guestbook. Brenda Bishop and Diane Dalton directed the wedding. Worrell of Pulaski and Carol Smith-Worrell of Dublin. Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. James R. Smith, Pulaski, and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Quesenberry, Ohio. The bride is a senior at Radford University and will graduate in May with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work. The groom is the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Marvin E. Beckner of Copper Hill. He is a graduate of New River Community College with degrees in Electricity, Electronics and Instrumentation. He is the owner of Lakeview Construction. After a wedding trip to Key West and a cruise to the Baham as, the newlyweds will make their home in Dublin.
Clements-Toney
Wanda Gail Toney and Tony Wayne Clements were married February 10, 1996 at 2 p.m. in Christian Fellowship Church. The officiating clergyman was Rev. Bill Doss. The reception was given by the bride's parents in the church fellowship hall.
The bride was given in marriage by her parents. The honor attendant was Linda Tosh of Rocky Mount. The bridesmaids were Jennifer and Lisa Bowyer, Sandra Cundiff, of Glade Hill, Kim Mitchem of Salem, Vickie Hodges of Wirtz, and Suzette Perdue of Redwood. Flowergirl was Jamie Sink of Wirtz. The best man was Timmy Hodges of Wirtz. Ushers were David Wright of Scruggs, Terry Sloan and Ricky Chitwood of Wirtz, Mark Clements of Roanoke, David Perdue of Redwood, and Mike Manning of Glade Hill. Ringbearer was Kevin Tosh of Rocky Mount.

Greenhalgh-Kitas
Pamela Jean Kitas and Robert Mark Greenhalgh were married September 30, 1995 in Colonial Presbyterian Church. The officiating clergyman was Dr. Michael Nevling. The reception was held at Hunting Hills Country Club.
The maid of honor was Brenda Head, a friend. The bridesmaids were Michele Kitas, the bride's sister, Sandi Kitas, the bride's sister, Kristen Verrill, the groom's sister, Karen Lutsko, the bride's cousin, and Misty Dolliver, a friend. The best man was Ron Deberry, a friend. The ushers were Ian Bailey, Neil Johnson, Rodney Williams, John Greenwood, and Jeff Boam, all friends.
The bride's gown was made by Bonnie Silks detailed with baby pearls and lace on bodice and bottom of dress, made of silk shantung, full (not sheath), with a cathedral train. She carried a bouquet of white lilies, white roses, white orchids, minuet roses and ivy.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edward M. Kitas of Roanoke, Va. She is a graduate of Clemson University and is employed by First Union National Bank.
The bridegroom, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Greenhalgh of Ormond Beach, Fl., is a graduate of Clemson University and is employed by Solid Computer Decisions.
The newlyweds will live in Charlotte, N.C. after the wedding trip to Sandals Dunns River, Jamaica.
Huff-Gross
The marriage of Miss Rebecca Ann Gross, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Frank Irving Gross of Richmond, to Dr. Christopher Barrett Huff, son of Dr. and Mrs. Wallace Lee Huff, Sr., of Blacksburg took place March 9, 1996, at Temple Beth Ahabah in Richmond. Rabbi Jack Spiro officiated.
Mrs. Eva Gross was her daughter's matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Mrs. Deborah Gross, Mrs. Lorrie Huff, Ms. Catherine Bowers, Miss Shannon Harvey, Mrs. Juli Ashey, Miss Janel Pustilnik and Miss Trista Depp.
Dr. Wallace Huff, Sr., was his son's best man. Groomsmen were Dr. Wallace Huff, Jr., Mr. Morgan Huff, Mr. William Gross, Mr. Steven Gross, Mr. Len Steloitano, Mr. Joe Smith and Dr. Timothy Collins.
The reception was held immediately following the ceremony at the Jefferson Hotel in Richmond. After a honeymoon cruise to the Caribbean, the couple will live in Blacksburg.
Lawson-Turcotte
Kathryn Lynn Turcotte and Hersel Lawson, Jr. were united in a family celebration of marriage on Sunday, the eleventh of February, nineteen hundred and ninety-six at three o'clock in the afternoon in MarketPlace Center. Dr. R. Quigg Lawrence, rector at Church of the Holy Spirit, officiated the ceremony, and music was performed on the harp by Betty Ashton Andrews.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank G. Turcotte of Roanoke. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Hersel L. Lawson, Sr. of Christiansburg.
The bride was escorted by her father and given in marriage by her family. The maid of honor was Liza Turcotte, niece of the bride. Bridesmaids were Sara Turcotte, niece of the bride; and BreAnna and Phabeanna Lawson, nieces of the groom.
Hersel Lawson, Sr. was the best man. Anthony Lawson, brother of the groom, served as usher.
The newlyweds will reside in Roanoke where Kathy is employed by AdGraphics, Inc. as an art director. Hersel is the business manager at Pinkerton Chevrolet Geo, Inc.

Amy Sue Cosby and John Edward Rodrigues were married November 25, 1995 in Fletcher's Chapel United Methodist Church in King George. Reverend Keith Boyette was the officiating clergy. The reception was held in the Fellowship Hall.
Marie Heisler, friend of the bride, served as maid of honor. The bridesmaids were Sue Maddox and Melanie Brooks, friends of the bride. Jessica Rodrigues, niece of the groom, was the flowergirl. Andy Clark, friend of the groom, served as best man. The ushers were Michael Cosby, brother of the bride; and Alvin Guy, friend of the groom. Michael Rodrigues, nephew of the groom, was the ringbearer.
The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Cosby of New Castle. She is a graduate of Tazewell High School in Tazewell, and attended Chowan College in Murfreesboro, N.C.
