The town of Pulaski has been nationally recognized for its marketing materials aimed at attracting business and industry and promoting tourism.
It is among winners in the American Economic Development Council's 1996 Sales Literature and Promotional Materials Awards Competition. Now in its 38th year, the competition attracted more than 800 entries this year from inside and outside the U.S. Pulaski earned a Best of Class award for its "Simply Beautiful - Pulaski, Va." entry in the general purpose brochure and tourism category.
