POLICE SEEKING ROBBERY SUSPECT

Police are looking for a young man in connection with the robbery Friday of the Bahama Sno Shack on Wildwood Road in Salem.

Around 10:50 p.m., a man pointed a handgun at a clerk who was closing the shaved ice stand for the night, said Salem police Sgt. T.N. Guthrie. The man then fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The clerk was not injured, Guthrie said.
