VA. WESTERN HOSTS 2ND ANNUAL VALLEY SHAKESPEARE FEST

The Roanoke Valley Shakespeare Festival, inaugurated last summer with performances of "Hamlet" and "A Midsummer Night's Dream," cranks up its second season this month with the comedy "Twelfth Night."

Performances at Virginia Western Community College are scheduled for June 14-16 and 21-23. On both weekends, show time will be 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday with a Sunday matinee at 2.

Although last summer's performances were free, admission terms for this year's festival have not yet been determined.
