PASSER-BY FINDS BODY IN ROANOKE

An unidentified man's body was found Sunday in a truck parked along the 500 block of Salem Avenue in Southwest Roanoke.

Roanoke police said he had been dead for several days. The man, who police believe was 65 to 70 years old, appeared to have died from natural causes, police said, but an autopsy will be done. He did not have any identification.

A passer-by noticed the man and called police.
