Poet R.T. Smith, editor of the literary magazine Shenandoah, will read from his work Wednesday at 8 p.m. in the Alice Jack Room of the Smith Building, Randolph-Macon Woman's College, Lynchburg.
Smith is the author of 17 volumes of books and chapbooks. He was nominated for the Pulitzer Prize in 1986 and 1991 and has won several national poetry awards.
