          press outside the Montgomery County Courthouse in Christiansburg 
          Tuesday, where his firm filed a $32 million lawsuit on behalf of two
          Virginia Tech football players who were charged with rape Monday. 
          The players sued their accuser, also a Tech student. Meanwhile, the 
          university suspended the football players from the team until 
          further notice, meaning the duo likely will miss the Orange Bowl.
