          Dennett Dwyer and Garrett Baker pulled out their cross country skis 

          Thursday morning and headed to the Tech golf course. They took the 

          short trip before finishing up exams and heading home for the 

          holidays. 2. For a brief time on Thursday morning, the sky cleared 

          while wet snow still clung to tree branches (left) like this
