The Roanoke County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously Thursday to re-elect Supervisor Bob Johnson to a third term as chairman.
The board also voted 5-0 to re-elect Harry Nickens as its vice chairman.
Johnson, who represents the Hollins District and has been on the board for 11 years, is an agent with Realstar Realtors. It is his second consecutive term as chairman.
Nickens has been on the board since he was appointed to fill an unexpired term more than 14 years ago. He represents the Vinton District and is president of the Roanoke College of Health Sciences. It is his fourth term as vice chairman.
