* The Pulaski County School Board has rescheduled its first meeting of 1997 for 5:30 p.m. Tuesday because of icy weather last week. The board will reorganize with the election of officers, and set regular meeting dates for the coming year. The board has been meeting on the second Thursday of each month in the School Board office at 7 p.m., although recent meetings have started instead at 5:30 p.m.

Other items include adopting reading textbooks for grades 3-5. The board will also get updates on formation of a Dublin Middle School parent-teacher organization, staff development activities, and begin consideration of 1997-98 budget matters.
