BALLENGER, HAMILTON PACE NORTH CROSS

Ann Ballenger and Michele Hamilton led a second-half explosion Saturday as North Cross crushed Chatham Hall 46-26 in a non-district game.

Ballenger, who scored 22 points, had 12 third-quarter points as North Cross (11-5) outscored Chatham Hall 18-4 in the period to erase a 15-12 halftime deficit. Hamilton scored 15 points and pulled down 16 rebounds for the Raiders.

Taylor Hall had 15 points to lead Chatham Hall (3-3).
