HOW TO APPLY FOR REFUND

Customers of City Pawn Shop, on 81/2 Street Southeast, may be eligible for refunds.

Those who have already repaid their loans may qualify to get back all their money. Those who still owe may be able to get their debt canceled and get back what they've already paid.

Both customers with "car-title" loans and other pawn loans may be eligible.
