CARTER BOWLS PERFECT GAME

Franklin County resident Kevin Carter bowled his first 300 game Friday at Hilltop Lanes.

``It felt good,'' said Carter, who bowls in the Singer mixed league.

As he was completing his perfect game, Carter said there were only a few people aware of his impending feat.

``I didn't want to look back [into the crowd],'' Carter said. ``I just tried to keep my concentration.''
