The Town County Citizen Partnership will host a public forum for "Community Visual Improvement," to allow residents to educate themselves and share ideas.
Participants in the forum will include the Townscape Committee of Blacksburg, the Visual Enhancement Committee of Christiansburg and the Montgomery County Improvement Committee. A brief presentation will be followed by discussions in small groups and finally a summation of the discussions.
The meeting is open to all interested citizens and government officials.
The Town County Citizen Partnership is an action-oriented association of individuals, neighborhoods and communities working with local government, businesses and individuals to improve the quality of life in the towns and county through active citizen partnership.
The forum will be held at 7:30 p.m. March 13 in the activities building of St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Christiansburg.
