HELEN MARIE LEATHERWOOD

{LEAD} Helen Marie Leatherwood, 73, died May 30, 1994, in her residence.

Mrs. Leatherwood was born in Evart, Mich. She had retired from the IDS Department at Old Dominion University as a secretary. She was a member of Burrows Memorial Baptist Church.

{REST} Survivors include her husband, Murray Frank Leatherwood; three sons; five sisters; two brothers; nine grandchildren; and a close friend, Lois Owens of Traverse City, Mich.

The body was sent from Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel to the Pray Funeral Home, Charlotte, Mich. for services and burial.
