THEODORE R. RAYNER

{LEAD} Theodore R. Rayner, 78, of the 700 block of B. South St., a retired brick mason, died June 2, 1994, in Portsmouth.

Mr. Rayner was born in Bertie County, N.C. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II.

{REST} Survivors include his wife, Rowena Rayner; two daughters, Shirley King and Velma Bullock; four sons, Richard Rayner, Jerry Rayner, Milton Rayner and Arthur Rayner; 22 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Fisher Funeral Home by the Rev. Ben A. Beamer Sr. Burial will be in Popular Run Church Cemetery, Driver. Family will be at 2232 Pulaski St.
