EARL J. PRICE

{LEAD} Earl Junior Price, 58, of the 600 block of Queenswood Terrace, died June 5, 1994 in his residence.

Mr. Price was born in Stanley, Va. In 1982, he retired as Lt. Commander from the U.S. Navy. He was employed by American Systems Engineering Corporation as a port engineer.

{REST} He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Price; a son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Kathy Price; one grandson, Zachary Price, all of Chesapeake; three sisters, Nancy Milano, Yildis Cubbage, and Kay Lucas, all of Stanley, Va.; and one brother, Melvin Pendergast, also of Stanley, Va.

The family will receive friends at 7 p.m. today in Bradley Funeral Home, Luray, Va. A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Seventh Day Adventist Cemetery.
