JESSIE L. LEWIS

{LEAD} Jessie Lee Lewis, 54, of the 600 block of Armstrong St., died June 4, 1994.

Mr. Lewis was born in Southampton County, Va. He was a member of True Vine Pentecostal Holiness Church.

{REST} Survivors include three sisters, Lucille Milton and Page Lewis, both of Portsmouth, and Ida Branch of Richmond; two brothers, James Benton of Woodland, N.C., and Milton Lewis of Portsmouth; an aunt, Alice Harrell of Newport News; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday in True Vine Pentecostal Holiness Church by Elder Estelle Woods. Viewing will be from 2 to 8 p.m. today in Serenity Funeral Home and from 10 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the church. Family and friends will assemble at 713 Elm Ave., Portsmouth, at 11:15 a.m. for the processional to the church.
