{LEAD} Andre Lamont ``Tank'' Holley, 20, of the 2800 block of Deep Creek Blvd., died June 3, 1994.

Mr. Holley was born in Portsmouth.

{REST} Survivors include his mother, Sarah Holley of Portsmouth; a sister, Tanika Holley of Portsmouth; a brother, Rodney Holley of Portsmouth; grandmother, Snelia Holley of Baltimore, Md.; four aunts; five uncles; cousins and friends.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in New First Baptist Church, Taylorsville, by Dr T.M. Steele. Burial will be in Lincoln Memorial Park. Viewing will be Thursday from noon to 9 p.m. in Serenity Funeral Home and Friday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church. Family and friends will assemble at 2814 Deep Creek Blvd., Portsmouth, at 12:15 p.m. for the processional to the church.
