JAMES SPELL

{LEAD} James Spell, 74, of the 7000 block of Gregory Drive, died June 7, 1994.

He was a native of Wilson, N.C., and was the widower of Estella Spell. He was a member of Queen Street Baptist Church in Norfolk, and of the Alpha and Omega Lodge of Masons (NU)46.

{REST} He is survived by one sister, Etheleen Eason; three brothers, Willard Spell, Norman Spell, and Wilbert Spell; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday in Queen Street Baptist Church by the Rev. Peter M. Wherry. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Fisher Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. The family will assemble at the residence for the procession to the church.
