GEPHARDT TO SPEAK

{LEAD} U.S. Rep. Richard Gephardt, D-Mo., will be the featured speaker at a ``Celebrate America's Birthday'' breakfast program at the Ramada Inn, Kill Devil Hills, July 7, at 8:30 a.m. The annual event is sponsored by the Outer Banks Chamber of Commerce.

Gephardt is the majority leader of the House of Representatives. Joining Gephardt for the event will be U.S. Rep. Martin Lancaster. There will be a presentation of colors by members of the military. A full breakfast will be served.
