ROBERT S. BROWN

{LEAD} Robert Swann Brown, 74, of the 1200 block of Colonial Ave., died June 11, 1994, in a hospital.

Mr. Brown was a Locomotive Engineer for The Virginian Railroad for 39 years. He was a native of Brookneal, Va., and was a member of The Khedive Temple in Norfolk.

{REST} Survivors include his wife, Betty D. Brown, 2 daughters, Robin P. Kitsis of Norfolk, Va., Anne Haynes of Abbeville, S.C.; a son-in-law, Nick A. Kitsis of Norfolk, Va.; and 2 granddaughters, Karen and Heather Kitsis of Norfolk.

A memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, June 18, 1994, at Knox Towers on the mezzanine. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to The American Cancer Society. H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments provided information.
