Mrs. Niblett was born in Camden County, N.J. She was the widow of Willie Edward Niblett and was a member of Holland Road Baptist Church.
{REST} Survivors include two daughters, Juanita E. French and Jeanette L. Mathis, both of Virginia Beach; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Rosewood Memorial Park, Virginia Beach, by the Rev. Robert F. Pittman III. The family will receive friends in Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, Tuesday from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and following the graveside service the family will be at the home of Juanita B. French, 5228 Sharon Drive, (Acredale section) of Virginia Beach.
Memorial donations may be made to the Holland Road Baptist Church Building Fund or Kempsville Volunteer Rescue Squad.
