JAMES L. BYNUM SR.

{LEAD} James L. ``Little Buddy'' Bynum Sr., 63, formerly of the Lincolnville section, died June 10, 1994, in Spring Valley, N.Y.

Mr. Bynum was born in Seaboard, N.C.

{REST} Survivors include his wife, Ruth Bynum of Spring Valley, N.Y.; four daughters; six sons; one half-sister; one brother; 17 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one uncle; aunts; nieces; nephews; and other relatives.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in New Hope Baptist Church, Suffolk, by the Rev. Cornelius Yancey. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens, Suffolk. The family will be at the residence of Roosevelt Davis, 4336 Armstrong Ave., Suffolk, and will assemble there for the procession. Fisher Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
