Mrs. Meador was born in Pipestem, W.Va., and was the widow of Charles Earl Meador. She was a member of Ocean View Baptist Church.
{REST} Survivors include two daughters, Diane M. Stoakley of Poquoson, Va. and Melba J. Meador of Gambrills, Md.; two sons, Charles Edward Meador and Larry L. Meador, both of Norfolk; two sisters, Gussie Meador of Hinton, W.Va. and Jessie Neely of Pipestem, W.Va.; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel, by Dr. David N. Clay. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today. Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association or to Alzheimer's Association.
