ENVOY TO TALK ON VIETNAM IN \

{LEAD} The corporate luncheon series of the World Affairs Council of Greater Hampton Roads will host a lunch and program Monday on ``Vietnam Today.''

The guest speaker will be Nguyen Dang Thuyen, first secretary of the Vietnam mission to the United Nations. World Affairs Council President Maria Zammit, who recently visited Vietnam to meet with business leaders and others, will also speak.

{REST} The program will begin with lunch at noon at the Town Point Club, 300 World Trade Center, Norfolk. The cost is $15 for world affairs council members and $20 for nonmembers.
